If your garden is overflowing with chillies and watching them go to waste is not an option, check out this nifty idea. They are so delicious the more chillies you have, the better.
- Split and deseed chillies
- Fill with cream Philly cheese mix – the mix is up to you; finely chopped shallots and ham is good.
- Wrap with prosciutto
- Bake
With seeds out the chillies are still warm but bearable. Match with beer to make sure they don’t get too hot and you can eat even more!
