Garnish of the day: Sweet Potato Chips

How to 
After washing and peeing the sweet potato peel off strips using a peeler.
Deep fry peelings until golden and crisp.
Drain and serve.
You can cook off batches and use them throughout service. Keep up to two days depending on humidity.
